With more than 20 years of experience as a supply chain leader in the construction industry, Brian Fisher has established a distinguished record of driving operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, and delivering sustainable results in complex, fast-paced environments.
A graduate of Washington State University, Brian earned his bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism (magna cum laude) from the renowned Edward R. Murrow School of Communication.
Brian began his construction career with M.A. Mortenson, a leading general contracting firm headquartered in Minneapolis, before advancing to McKinstry Co., a premier mechanical design-build firm based in Seattle. Today, he consults other organizations interested in levelling up their supply chain operations.
Throughout his career, Brian has managed all facets of supply chain operations—including procurement, logistics, fleet and asset management, facilities oversight, and fabrication. Known for his ability to build and scale high-functioning teams, he fosters environments where individuals thrive while maintaining alignment with organizational goals and strategic direction.
A skilled relationship builder and negotiator, Brian brings extensive experience in supplier management, contract negotiation, issue resolution, and long-term strategic planning. His leadership extends beyond traditional supply chain functions, having successfully guided initiatives in technology adoption, supplier diversity, and enterprise-wide continuous improvement.
Recognized as a catalyst for change in an industry often resistant to it, Brian is known for his integrity, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to driving transformational results.
